We pioneered the community integrated living arrangement (CILA) concept of care for persons with developmental disabilities in the state of Illinois and we are excited about the chance to help you or someone you care about.

The DD Homes Network is comprised of several independent organizations each providing residential services in a specific region of the state.  The decision to structure our system this way means that every company has it's own Regional Director and staff, each from that specific geographic area.  We believe that local management translates into a better understanding of needs.

As the Director of Operations, it is my responsibility to oversee each organization and work with the Administrators of each to assure that our facilities continue to set the mark for quality throughout the state. 

We strive everyday to exceed the expectations of our residents by holding ourselves to very high standards.  At DD Homes, we are intentional about providing superior care in activity-rich environments.  Our approach mandates that all employees do everything possible to make life safe, comfortable and above all…fun… for those who call our houses home.
